DEPOSITS & CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
Your deposit secures your trip date and reserves that time just for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit will be refunded if your original trip date is rebooked by another guest. If that date is not rebooked, your deposit is nonrefundable. Many of our trips are booked months in advance, so filling a canceled date can be challenging. We’ll do our best to rebook your date, including reaching out to guests on our waiting list, but we cannot guarantee it.
